Mold Inspections

Our inspections consist of both an inspection by a certified mold assessor, as well as our mold detection dog to ensure the most thorough and comprehensive assessment possible. Our goal is to identify every source of fungal growth possible so that you can have peace of mind knowing no stone was left unturned after we leave.

Real Estate Transactions

Traditional mold inspections that are common with real estate transactions often fall short, resulting in homebuyers making an uninformed decision. A comprehensive mold inspection utilizing a mold detection dog prior to purchasing a home will equip you with all the necessary information so that you have confidence in knowing your home is safe.

Post Remediation Clearance

Gain peace of mind knowing that your investment in mold remediation allows for an environment for you to heal. Post remediation verification, also known as clearance testing, is an important step in the remediation process to ensure remediation was successfully completed. *Accepted on a case by case basis and typically exclusive to existing customers or customers who have previously hired us for an inspection*

Mold Remediation Consulting

Expert guidance on protocol development, containment and engineering controls, cleaning techniques, as well as other steps to ensure remediation is successful. Given mold remediation is not regulated and does not require licensure in most states, a referral will not be given unless they have been personally vetted to ensure ALL protocols are followed per IICRC S520 Standards for Professional Mold Remediation.

Air Quality Consulting

Although adequate filtration is crucial to lowering the overall particulate count, indoor air quality is much more than just the type of filter used on your furnace/air handler. Other factors such as air infiltration from unconditioned spaces, type of insulation used inside an attic, the amount of air exchanges (ventilation) throughout the home, design of the HVAC system, and building materials used is a short list of examples that can impact indoor air quality.

Environmental HVAC Consulting

HVAC systems can be the biggest influential factor of a home’s indoor air quality. The type of components used, sizing of the equipment, and workmanship to name a few can be the difference between an HVAC system distributing clean or contaminated air throughout the home. We will guide you on the best changes and upgrades to ensure the HVAC system is not only free of fungal growth, but also has adequate filtration, humidity control, and is airtight to eliminate air infiltration.
